We’ve got you

We know how exhausting it can be to hold it all together.

Our clients are deep feelers, high achievers, caretakers and cycle-breakers. Many are navigating healing while still showing up for work, family, and partners. Many of you present to the world as having everything figured out, but your inner world speaks a different story — you’re exhausted and overwhelmed and you don’t know how to do life differently.

we’re here to help.

Our clients report meaningful progress towards their goals in as few as 4 sessions.

What makes us different?

We don’t do cold, clinical or cookie-cutter therapy. We bring warmth, nuance, relatability and an experience tailored to you. Our therapists have small caseloads so that they can give you their full attention while continuing to invest in continuing education and specialized training.

You’ll work with therapists who are trauma-informed, attachment-focused, highly-trained, who recognize when you need to be pushed and when you need humor, grounding, or just someone to hold space. We’re not here to pathologize you — we’re here to help you feel seen, safe, and supported as you learn new ways of being.

We do our best work with:

01. Relationship Conflict

We work with couples who are exhausted by repeated patterns in conflict and with couples wishing to prepare for major milestones. We use a combination of several evidence-based modalities, including the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

02. perfectionist / People - pleasing Anxiety

We support individuals whose standards and expectations for themselves create anxiety and burnout. We use CBT, IFS, psychodynamic and relational therapies.

03. Trauma

We work with survivors of complex and singular trauma who feel disconnected from their bodies and trapped in cycles of reliving distressing events. We use EMDR, somatic and relational therapies.

04. Depression / Low self-esteem

We support individuals with treatment-resistant depression who struggle with finding joy / generating motivation and who have strong negative beliefs about themselves. We use EMDR, CBT, IFS, somatic and relational therapies.

05. Complex family systems

We work with individuals navigating the lasting impact of complex and dysfunctional family systems—people who struggle with guilt, self-doubt, and confusion about their roles in relationships. Our work draws from parts work (IFS), attachment theory, and trauma-informed approaches to help clients untangle painful dynamics and build healthier boundaries and relationships.
