Natalie Dupre, LMSW
Natalie is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with advanced clinical training from Columbia University. She specializes in trauma-informed and somatic psychotherapy, blending a range of evidence-based and holistic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client. Her work is informed by modalities such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, IFS, somatic work, mindfulness, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy.
In her work, Natalie offers a space of focused, grounded presence—where her full attention is on the client in front of her. She listens not only with her ears, but with her body—attuning to shifts in energy, breath, tone, and nervous system cues. This embodied connection helps guide the work moment to moment, revealing when to pause, go deeper, or bring in regulation tools. For Natalie, therapy is not a formula, but a collaborative, evolving process where insight and healing arise through real-time connection and trust.
Her approach is intuitive, flexible, and centered on what the client needs in each session. Natalie doesn’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy—she draws from her diverse toolkit to meet clients exactly where they are, adapting her methods as the therapeutic process unfolds. Over time, she equips clients with tools and practices they can carry into their lives, with the aim of helping them move toward greater autonomy, clarity, and emotional resilience.
Her intention is to support clients in reconnecting with their bodies, reclaiming emotional safety, and developing the inner tools to lead empowered, self-directed lives. Healing, for Natalie, is not just about symptom relief—it’s about meaningful transformation.
Whether someone is seeking short-term support or long-term therapeutic partnership, Natalie offers a grounded and compassionate space to do the work at a pace that feels safe, supported, and transformative.

Those who are:
Seeking meaningful healing — they don't want "quick fixes" but are ready for deep emotional and somatic work.
Open to holistic approaches — someone who is open to mindfulness, somatic practices, EMDR, internal parts work, and possibly ketamine-assisted psychotherapy if appropriate.
Dealing with pain (trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, life transitions) — and looking for a path back to feeling truly alive, connected, and empowered.
Respectful of the therapeutic process — willing to invest the emotional work and time it takes, without rushing.
Values authenticity — someone who feels comfortable with my genuine, grounded, intuitive way of working and doesn't expect me to be a "blank screen" therapist.
Interested in inner growth, not just symptom management — someone who wants to reconnect with their inner resilience and move toward a more fulfilled, self-directed life.
